Join us every First Sunday of the month as we come together to build, plant, dream, and celebrate life in harmony with the five elements!

This monthly gathering is a heartfelt collective effort where we unite our hands and hearts to create a sacred space for conscious living. Whether you are passionate about natural farming, eager to contribute to constructing our meditation center, or simply looking to connect with like-minded souls in nature, there is a place for you here.

• 🧘 Morning Meditation & Element Circle: Grounding ourselves in stillness and setting mindful intentions for the day.
• 🏗️ Meditation Center Planning & Seva (Contribution): Laying stones, designing eco-friendly spaces, and hands-on building activities.
• 🌱 Soil, Seeds & Farming: Working with living soil, planting saplings, weeding, composting, and learning natural farming techniques.
• 🥗 Community Potluck / Satvic Lunch: Sharing wholesome, nourishing food together under the open sky.
• 🎉 Fun, Games & Heartfelt Conversations: Acoustic music, folk games, laughter, and open sharing circles.

📌 Schedule Outline:

• 08:30 AM – 09:30 AM: Welcome, Morning Tea & Silent Meditation
• 09:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Hands-on Activity (Farming & Meditation Center Construction)
• 12:30 PM – 02:00 PM: Community Lunch & Rest
• 02:00 PM – 03:30 PM: Future Planning Circle, Brainstorming & Feedback
• 03:30 PM – 05:00 PM: Fun Games, Music & Farewell Circle

• Comfortable cotton clothing (suitable for outdoor farming/work)
• A refillable water bottle & sun hat
• Your favorite dish or snacks to share for the potluck (optional)
